Ouroboros snake ring

Ouroboros (from οὐρά “tail” + βορά “food, food”) is an ancient Gnostic symbol depicting a snake or dragon that devours its tail, thus forming a circle. The name “ouroboros” comes from the Greek words: oura – “tail” and boros – “devourer”. The Tail Eater represents the eternal cycle of birth, death, rebirth. Ouroboros is an important symbol in alchemy and magic.  Packaging may differ from that shown in the photo.
